I (Brian Coventry) operate the Android applications "SpeedLogger". This page informs you of my policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information I receive from users of the app.

No user data is collected from the user. Although the app uses GPS in order to track the speed of the user's phone during a recording session, this information is never transmitted from the phone and further the actual GPS location is not stored. Only the speed.

Acceleration data is also collected, but is neither useful for determining a location nor is transmitted from the phone.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of February 4, 2017 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

I reserve the right to update or change my Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of Strobily after we post any modification to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgement of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.

If I make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, I will notify you by placing a prominent notice within the app.
